StreamUp is a social media platform that allows users to create accounts, upload content, interact with creators, and participate in the community.
Access to StreamUp may be modified, restricted, suspended, or discontinued at any time for operational, maintenance, or security reasons.
Users must be at least 13 years of age to use StreamUp.
Users under the age of 18 should use the platform with the involvement or permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable laws.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and passwords. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Providing fraudulent information or impersonating another individual or organization is strictly prohibited.
Users retain full ownership of the original content they create and publish on StreamUp.
By uploading content to StreamUp, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, transcode, and stream that content within the platform solely for the purpose of operating and promoting StreamUp services.
Users must not upload, share, or promote content that:
Users must only upload content that they own or are licensed to use. Valid copyright notices and takedown requests will result in prompt content removal. Repeated intellectual property infringements will lead to permanent account suspension.
StreamUp deploys automated detection systems and manual administrative review to monitor reported content. In-app reporting tools allow community members to flag policy violations directly. Violating content will be removed immediately upon review.
StreamUp may introduce optional creator monetization programs, badges, revenue sharing, and promotional tools. Distinct qualification standards and guidelines will govern participation in such programs.
StreamUp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts without prior notice if they engage in egregious violations of these terms, harmful conduct toward other users, or fraudulent activity.
StreamUp provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for user-generated materials, interactions between users, or any indirect damages resulting from platform downtime or data loss.
