1. Allowed Content

The following types of content are generally allowed on StreamUp:

• Original videos and creative content
• Educational content
• Entertainment content
• Informational content
• Personal experiences and storytelling
• Community-focused content

Users should ensure that the content they upload complies with applicable laws and platform policies.

2. Child Safety Standards & CSAE Policy

StreamUp has a strict, zero-tolerance policy towards Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). We are firmly dedicated to keeping minors protected and safe across our entire platform.

• Strict Prohibition: Any content, message, profile, or behavior depicting, facilitating, promoting, encouraging, or distributing Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is completely prohibited on StreamUp.
• Zero Tolerance & Immediate Termination: Accounts that attempt to upload, share, request, or engage with CSAE or CSAM will be terminated permanently and instantly without warning.
• Reporting to Authorities: Any identified instance of CSAM/CSAE is promptly reported to law enforcement authorities and relevant global child safety organizations, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
• In-App Reporting: Users can flag and report suspicious accounts, media, or comments directly inside the app using our in-app reporting mechanism.
• Designated Child Safety Contact: For inquiries, reports, or legal notices concerning child safety, you can directly reach our designated child safety team at: rgtechnologies90@gmail.com.

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is not allowed on StreamUp:

• Nudity or sexually explicit content
• Harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior
• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Threats or intimidation
• Violent or harmful content
• Illegal activities or criminal promotion
• Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
• Spam or repetitive content
• Misleading or manipulated content intended to deceive users
• Copyright-infringing or stolen content

Content that violates these rules may be removed without notice.

4. Original Content & Copyright

Users should only upload content that they own or have permission to use.

Not Allowed:

• Re-uploading someone else's content without authorization
• Copyright infringement
• Pirated content
• Unauthorized use of intellectual property

Repeated copyright violations may result in account restrictions or permanent suspension.

5. Respect Other Users

We encourage healthy discussions and positive engagement.

Users must not:

• Harass or abuse others
• Engage in targeted attacks
• Threaten individuals or groups
• Promote hateful behavior
• Encourage harmful conduct

Respectful communication is expected from all users.

6. Spam & Fake Activity

Artificial engagement and platform manipulation are prohibited. This includes:

• Fake accounts
• Automated activity or bots
• Spam comments
• Artificial likes, views, or followers
• Manipulation of platform features

Violations may result in content removal, account restrictions, or permanent suspension.

7. Privacy & Safety

Users should respect the privacy and safety of others.

Not Allowed:

• Sharing private information without consent
• Identity theft or impersonation
• Unauthorized publication of personal data
• Attempts to harm, exploit, or deceive other users

8. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for the content they upload, share, or publish on StreamUp. Users are expected to follow all applicable laws and platform policies while using the platform.

9. Reporting Violations

Users are encouraged to report content, accounts, or activities that may violate these Community Guidelines. Reports may be reviewed by moderation systems and platform administrators.

10. Enforcement Actions

If content or accounts violate these guidelines, StreamUp may take one or more of the following actions:

• Warning
• Content removal
• Feature restrictions
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent account ban

The action taken will depend on the severity and frequency of the violation.

11. Safety Commitment

StreamUp is committed to maintaining a safe and positive platform experience. We may use moderation systems, user reports, and platform reviews to help identify harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or policy-violating activity.
